Increases the damage of Ion's Unique Skill by 4.5%/6.0%/7.5%/9.0%/10.5%/12.0%/13.5%/15.0% and every tier of attack additionally deals True DMG equal to 10% of Max HP to the partner or summoned; Cannot exceed 80% of own ATK.
